Design Partner Terms — withWilma

These Design Partner Terms apply to customers participating in withWilma’s early-access, pilot, beta, or design partner programs for pre-release products, features, or modules.

Design partner features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to bugs, downtime, limited documentation, and frequent change. They are provided on an early-access basis and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Design partners agree to provide timely, candid, and constructive feedback on product usability, workflows, issues, and improvement opportunities.

withWilma may use feedback, suggestions, and ideas provided through the design partner program to improve the product without restriction or obligation, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

Standard service levels, uptime commitments, and response time commitments do not apply to design partner features unless expressly agreed in writing.

Customer data submitted through design partner features remains subject to withWilma’s applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

withWilma may suspend, limit, or terminate access to any design partner feature at any time, including where product direction changes, risks are identified, or the early-access phase is concluded.
