1. Scope
These AI Terms apply to withWilma features that use machine learning or generative AI to assist with recruitment workflows, including transcription, summarisation, drafting, and structured workflow outputs.
2. AI-Assisted Features
- Transcription of audio or video content
- Summaries of candidate responses or application materials
- Structured extraction of information from candidate submissions
- Email drafting and editing assistance for recruiters
- Workflow support for scheduling and candidate communication
3. Human Review and Customer Responsibility
AI outputs in withWilma are assistive only. Customers remain fully responsible for reviewing outputs, verifying their accuracy, and making all employment-related decisions.
withWilma does not make autonomous hiring decisions on behalf of customers.
4. Limitations of AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, biased, or unsuitable for a specific use case. Customers must not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for hiring, rejection, or employment decisions.
5. Prohibited Uses
- Infer or score protected characteristics or sensitive traits
- Make fully automated employment decisions without human review
- Generate discriminatory or unlawful hiring criteria
- Process content they do not have a lawful basis to use
6. Data Use
withWilma may process customer and candidate content through third-party AI providers solely to provide requested product functionality. We do not use customer data to train general-purpose AI models without explicit permission.
